Returns
We accept returns on pHformula products under the following conditions:

Only unopened and unused products may be returned.

You must contact us and return the item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a resalable condition.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of confirming the return.

Please note: we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or sent in error.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, where applicable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and receive a full refund, provided the products are returned in acceptable condition.
If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
