Returns

We accept returns on pHformula products under the following conditions:

• Only unopened and unused products may be returned.

• You must contact us and return the item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

• Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in a resalable condition.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at [insert contact email or link] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment.

• Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of confirming the return.

• Please note: we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, where applicable.

Exclusions

Due to the nature of professional skincare products and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used items

• Products returned outside the 14-day window

• Items not purchased directly from the Remmy Jones Aesthetics website

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and receive a full refund, provided the products are returned in acceptable condition.

If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

At Remmy Jones Aesthetics, we aim to deliver your pHformula skincare products quickly and safely, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience from checkout to delivery.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the next working day.

• During peak periods, there may be slight delays.

Shipping Restrictions

• I do not currently ship internationally.

• I do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (e.g., BFPO).

• Orders may be delayed due to public holidays, personal holidays or extreme weather events.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

• If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow up to 7 working days before contacting me, as parcels can occasionally be held up by courier networks.

• For missed deliveries, couriers typically attempt redelivery or leave a card with further instructions.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 working days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any supporting photos if applicable.

• I will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
